MRWF National Director Handbook
Chapter 5 – SAK Security & Access Control
SAK Security & Access Control
The Importance of SAK Integrity
The Security Access Key (SAK) is the backbone of MRWF’s authentication structure. As National Director, you are responsible for maintaining national SAK integrity, ensuring Coordinators protect their SAK, and preventing unauthorized access to MRWF systems.
Your Access Level
National Directors have the highest national-level SAK authority. Your SAK grants you access to national portals, Coordinator oversight modules, reporting systems, and national verification pages. This access must be used responsibly and never shared with anyone.
SAK Verification
You must verify that each Coordinator’s SAK is authentic, correctly formatted, and registered. Any irregularities or reported misuse must be addressed immediately through MRWF’s verification process.
Resetting or Reissuing Keys
Only MRWF Headquarters has authority to generate or reset SAKs. If a Coordinator’s SAK is compromised, inactive, or misused, you are required to report the issue. HQ will reissue a secure replacement after review.
Preventing Internal Risks
You must monitor for suspicious patterns such as repeated login failures, sharing SAK details, unfamiliar devices, or unusual access attempts. Any Coordinator found mishandling their SAK must be corrected or escalated.
