MRWF National Director Handbook
Chapter 8 – National Reporting System
National Reporting System
Your Reporting Responsibility
As National Director, it is your duty to ensure all reporting within your country is structured, accurate, timely, and aligned with MRWF global procedures. Reporting reflects the national health of MRWF operations and reveals early signs of success or instability.
Types of Required Reports
You are responsible for receiving, reviewing, and submitting the following:
• Monthly Coordinator Reports
• National Stability Reports
• Revert Support Assessments
• Conflict and Escalation Reports
• SAK Irregularity Alerts
• Coordinator Activity Evaluations
Coordinator Reporting
Coordinators submit monthly performance and activity summaries. You must review these reports carefully, identify any concerns, and follow up where necessary. Missing or late reports must be addressed immediately.
Submitting Reports to Headquarters
National reports must be submitted to MRWF Headquarters on time, in the correct format, and with complete factual details. Emotional statements, vague wording, or assumptions must not be included in official reports.
Documentation Standards
All national documentation must be clear, organized, and archived for future reference. You must maintain accuracy and avoid altering or eliminating information that may be important for global review.
