Removal, Escalation & Replacement Protocol

The Purpose of This Protocol

The removal process is designed to protect the stability, purity, and professionalism of MRWF national operations. A Coordinator who becomes inactive, unstable, harmful, or non-compliant must be corrected immediately — or removed.

A stable national structure cannot exist if weak or harmful leadership remains unchecked.

Reasons for Removal

  • Consistent inactivity or abandonment of revert responsibilities.
  • Breaking MRWF rules, structure, or professional conduct.
  • Emotional or aggressive communication causing instability.
  • Mishandling revert cases or causing emotional harm.
  • SAK misuse or unauthorized access behavior.
  • Disrespecting MRWF leadership or repeated non-compliance.

Step 1 — Correction

The National Director must first correct the Coordinator privately. The correction must be:

  • Clear
  • Calm
  • Direct
  • Documented

If the Coordinator adjusts and stabilizes, the matter is closed.

Step 2 — Escalation

If the Coordinator continues causing instability or refuses correction:

  • The National Director must escalate the issue to MRWF Headquarters.
  • Evidence, screenshots, and reports must be submitted.
  • HQ reviews and determines whether removal is justified.

Step 3 — Removal

Once approved by HQ, the Coordinator is removed from office immediately. This includes:

  • Removal from MRWF operational groups.
  • Revocation of SAK access.
  • Temporary isolation from revert-related engagement.

Step 4 — Replacement

A replacement must be appointed quickly to avoid causing gaps in revert support. The National Director must:

  • Select a responsible, stable, and trustworthy candidate.
  • Ensure they receive proper onboarding and orientation.
  • Monitor the replacement for the first 30 days.
Removing someone is not about punishment — it is about protecting the revert, protecting MRWF, and protecting national stability.
