MRWF National Director Handbook
Chapter 9 – Internal Discipline & Ethics
Internal Discipline & Ethics
Your National Ethical Standard
As National Director, you represent the highest level of MRWF authority in your country. Your conduct must demonstrate discipline, restraint, justice, professionalism, and strong adherence to Islamic manners. You set the national tone for every Coordinator under you.
Confidentiality
National Directors must protect sensitive information regarding reverts, Coordinators, internal cases, SAK status, and national operations. Information must never be shared publicly, emotionally, or without authorization.
Professional Conduct
You must remain calm and objective when addressing issues. Personal opinions, anger, emotional reactions, favoritism, or personal ties cannot influence your decision-making. National leadership requires consistency and fairness at all times.
Discipline Enforcement
When Coordinators violate MRWF standards, you must enforce correction without hesitation or bias. Every correction must be done privately, professionally, and with proper documentation. Discipline maintains the integrity of the national branch.
Integrity in Leadership
National Directors must avoid dishonesty, manipulation, exaggeration, or any behavior that weakens trust. Your honesty and transparency are essential to maintaining credibility and stability within the national branch.
Handling Misconduct
If you observe misconduct from a Coordinator or senior member, you must address it immediately. Silence or delay can cause national instability. If misconduct is severe or repeated, it must be escalated to MRWF Headquarters with full documentation.
