Decision-Making Framework

Decision-making defines the strength and integrity of the national office. The Managing Director must apply clear standards, proper judgment, and disciplined methods to ensure sound national leadership.

Priority Hierarchy

  • Islamic principles
  • MRWF global policy
  • National strategy
  • Local branch needs
  • Individual preferences (lowest)

When to Escalate

Escalate issues to HQ when they exceed national authority or present organizational risk.

When to Delegate

Delegate tasks that are operational or branch-level to Coordinators.

When to Intervene Directly

The MD must intervene personally when branches fail, Coordinators are inactive, or when national policy is violated.

When to Consult HQ

Consult HQ for policy clarification, disputes, crises, or matters involving national restructuring.
