Conflict is inevitable in leadership. The Managing Director must handle it with discipline, fairness, and unwavering adherence to MRWF policy and Islamic ethics.

Internal Conflict Management

  • Address issues early
  • Document concerns clearly
  • Apply MRWF governance standards

Coordinator Disputes

The MD must mediate disputes with firmness and neutrality.

Branch Leadership Disputes

Investigate both sides, gather evidence, and apply disciplinary procedures.

Public Complaints

Complaints from community members must be handled respectfully, investigated thoroughly, and resolved appropriately.

Mediation Procedure

  • Hear both sides
  • Compare against MRWF policy
  • Document the conclusion

Final Decision Authority

The MD has final national authority, subject only to HQ review.
